Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, no. We have strict guide lines that we adhere to, and due or supply chain and logistics policy, there is no pick up.


Can you custom make furniture to my specifications?
As much as we would love to say yes, we don’t do custom manufacturing. We source the latest designs and products from our suppliers, trade fares and exhibitions.


Can I hire your furniture?
Sorry, our furniture items are not for hire. We advise that if you wish to hire furniture you can talk to our friends at www.dressedforsale.com.au


I’ve changed my mind?
Under ACCC laws, Cotton and Hide are not required to allow you to return an item you have simply changed your mind about. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.

How long will it take to get my goodies?
Shipping of orders only takes place once your payment has been cleared and verified by our accounts department. Whilst we will endeavour to have your item to you as soon as we can, we are an online retail store, using 3rd party courier and postage services. We request your patience and not blame us if there is a delay in delivery.

For shipping you can expect;
Standard Shipping – Australia only – 4 to 10 business days
Express Shipping – Australia only – 1 to 3 business days
Large bulky items over 22 kilos – 5 to 12 business days

 

Can I get an Afterpay or Zippay account?
That is totally up to Afterpay and Zippay. You will need to apply through their sites. All accounts are on a case by case study. Afterpay and Zippay are an affiliate, and neither parties have any investment in Cotton and Hide, or vise versa.


Can I cancel my order?
Because we care about the customer experience, we aim to ship all products within 24 hours, therefore we order from our suppliers on the same day we receive your order. You will need to inform us by email at cottonandhidestore@gmail.com with in 1 hour of ordering if you wish to cancel your order. Once your order has been dispatched there is no cancellation.


Whoops, I think I have the wrong order?
If that is the case we are so sorry. We really do try hard to make sure you get what you ordered. If you have found that an item delivered doesn’t match what you have ordered, please contact us and once we have confirmed the wrong order we will arrange it to be returned and then deliver you your correct item.
